    I'm getting an error code 0X80004005

    When i click on jigsaw my puzzles and score are much smaller than what they had been recently. I get an error message 0X800004005.

    It says the error is on your end. Any fixes in the works?

    Could you post the the information that is in bold on our
    Issues Connecting to Xbox Live post? That would include your ISP and your hardware information. Also, follow each of the troubleshooting steps on our
    DNS Error page!

    Post back with the information needed and let us know how those troubleshooting steps go!

    Hey there! Did you try the steps in the
    DNS Error page? I have a couple extra questions.

    1. What is the model number of your TP-Link router?
    2. Also, do you have a modem, and if so what is the brand and model number?

    Do you happen to get the DNS error when you connect the Xbox One console directly to your modem? Try that and post back the results! I'm getting error :)

    Thanks for trying that! Next we will reset your network settings on your Xbox 360 to factory defaults. Follow the steps below to do so:

    • On your Xbox 360 Dashboard, go to the Settings tab and select System.
    • In the System settings menu, select Network Settings.
    • From here, select the wired or wireless network you're currently connected to and then select Configure Network
    • Select 'Restore to Factory Defaults' under the Additional Settings tab.
    Give those steps a shot! If that doesn't help, I suggest contacting your ISP as they are the ones who handle DNS servers. Feel free to post back and let us know how it goes!

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues playing a game. What game is it that you are playing? Have you ever been able to play that game before in the past?

    Have you attempted to check the current network connection status to ensure that there is not an error occurring for the network? I suggest safely powering down your PC and then unplugging it from the power source for at least 5 minutes then plug it back
    in and try again. Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

    A few things to try. Reboot the computer, sign out of the Xbox App & store and sign back in with the account, and uninstall & reinstall the game.
