power cycle.

You could also check the Xbox service status page to see if there are any current online service issues

Can you sign in Here?

If so, try checking in the Account subscriptions section if your subscription is current.

If it is, confirm you are logging in to that same account in console.

you can try two things:

- power cycle your console by holding down it's power button for 10 seconds.

or

- remove your profile from your xbox and redownload it.
