    I’m getting cyber bullied and they’re using enforcement to do it!!


    This is the second time somebody on Xbox Live reported me for communication, and I’ve completely lost my ability to even enjoy playing online anymore. I mostly get online to play with my brothers who don’t live near me anymore, and this is ruining my experience.
    Last time this happened, I got banned for a day. Now, I’m banned for a week. I’ve spent my hard earned money on my Xbox, Xbox Live, online games and headset all for it to be taken away from me because of an internet troll. This is unfair and they are using
    the online enforcement as a weapon. Please, will somebody ¡please! help me!!

    Getting cyber bullied

    Me and My friends are getting cyber bullied by this one Xbox One player and his name is Killah58 and he is calling my friends fat the b words and I blocked a few times and told him to stop but he never did and he is doing it constantly and he won’t stop
    that’s why I need help thank you Xbox my name is and thank you for helping me and my friends

    Done with Xbox Live, and want Refund

    I’m being cyber bullied and he got me banned. Xbox support/ambassador told me there’s nothing I can do, and even went as far as to say I’m to blame. So much for a Merry Christmas, thank you Xbox. I gave y’all upwards of $1000 for games, accessories and Xbox
    Live for you to not help me in these situations, and hang up on me when I’m seeking help this issue

    If you've been suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC & were caught.

    Doesn't matter how many times you are reported,any report is investigated so you will not get suspended for no reason.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you can go to the enforcement site
    here for more info & to file for a case review if eligible.

    You may want to read the code of conduct as well.

    If you feel someone is bullying you online the report & block them via your console & they will be investigated.

    You were not suspended "without just cause",you did something at some point that violated the ToU/CoC.

    You are not told the result of any report you file so do not know whether this person received enforcement action or not.

    On vary rare occasions you may get a thank you message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you filed but that's it & you will never be told who the person was.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    Xbox Code of Conduct and it's lack of priorities.

    It makes me wonder whether the enforcement team is that lousy or if they are intentionally going after victims of cyber bullying.

    So you can view exactly why you got suspended by visiting Enforcement. As for the cyber bullies all you should do is Report, Block, and Ignore. Don't worry about them because
    enforcement will get to them. It is always best not to engage as it can open the door for you to receive enforcement.

    If someone harrases you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse.

    In case of cyber bullying contact your local law enforcement
