Im getting com banned for no reason

I met a kid on xbox named [mod removed] and he was nice at first but later we were playing a game and he reported a message i sent and i thought it was for a different reason. So i reframed from saying profanities and he wanted me to give him a very young
girls snap and he talked abt sent pics of his thing to her, and i said no and he said "do younwant to get banned again" then i get banned a few mins later, i blocked him but i keep getting banned. I've been banned 4 times since then i need help.

Banning is a hard situation. I hope u wont get banned for to long, but it is very difficult to unban and reaching out to the helpdesk about this. It is a tough task.

I'm sorry for this issue you experienced. This kind of negativity should not exist on Xbox live, but it does happen sometimes. When it happens, the rule of thumb is to ignore, report, and block. Once blocked, you no longer have to deal with anything from
that player. You won't get messages from them nor will you be matched with them in a multiplayer game.

Regarding your suspension, the most we can do is direct you to enforcement.xbox.com where you can check in on your suspensions and use the tools there to appeal the claims against you. Wish I could be more help, but the enforcement team is separate from
the forums. Good luck!
