I'm getting charged for live , but I don't have an Xbox one anymore

so I traded in my Xbox one some months ago , put into factory mode and everything, made sure live was off , at least I thought I did now every month I'm getting charged for something I don't have and use anymore, I tried canceling , but it's saying I
haven't made any recent purchases, probably because gamestop needed me to create an account to if the Xbox works, which I understand, but the fact I can't do anything about this monthly charge is pissing me off , because I'm tryin to save money, I don't wanna
cancel my debit card just yet , so is there any advice I can get to stop being charged

Charged Twice

Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?

A Glitch in The System?

I have gone to the website suggested. However it states that I have been charged. But in November/December I was not charged. I'm not sure if it's their computer's reading it wrong but no charges have been done with my Xbox live. Xbox music and other purchases
show just fine, it's just my Xbox Live not going through even though the money's there. I'm literally getting Xbox Live for free at the moment. I'm really unsure who to contact about it either. But thank you for your quick response.

You are not the only one having problems connecting to Xbox live or running slow. I'm getting fed up and if they don't fix it soon. I will not buy anymore more of their products. I also think it's BS that I have to be on Xbox live to be able to use Netflix
or Hulu.

I don't have an xBox One, just an xBox 360... I don't get it either why it seems to work with the switch (it's not even a managed one...) but I'm not going to tinker with it anymore, I'm just glad everything works again...

I don't believe so, but I do not have Comcast anymore so I'm not quite sure what they charge for things now a days. If they could charge you for breathing they probably would.

The reason is because Microsoft is trying to get the PC gamers out there to use Xbox Live on PC, if Microsoft charged for this service on PC, the PC gamers wouldn't use it, because there are loads of similar services that don't charge.

IF Sony suddenly stopped charging for PSN, then we may so Microsoft stop charging for Xbox Live, but don't count on it.
