Call saying Xbox account will be taken down?

I recently got a phone call from a [Mod Removed] number that said my account is going to be suspended in two months for "racial slurrs" despite me not sending any or even using any. Has anyone else gotten calls from this number with the
same saying? Is it just some kind of scam going around??

Enforcement Email? Is it a scam?

I received an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** saying that my son's Xbox Live account has been subject to enforcement action due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement. We have no idea what this means and I'm afraid it's a phishing scam. I went to the
website that it says to go to for more information but there is no additional information and I'm weary of signing in on that site if it's a scam. Please let me know if this is for real or a scam. My son doesn't think he's done anything wrong.

Microsoft will never call you to ask you for information. All info regarding intrusion to your Microsoft account will be done through your Microsoft alias (email address) and you can attempt to block anyone who might be attempting to get into your account.

I'm getting all green check marks, expect for Skype. I have tried it on my phone using just my data, on bing and chomre. I also tired on my xbox with home wifi, went to edge and it says the same thing as my phone

I didn't have to call a number to sign up I shouldn't have to call to cancel. Having you sit on the phone on hold is how they discourage you from cancelling.

How did I bad mouth the service? I'm just saying there should be an alternative to a phone call.

I only have a few hours to myself after I get home from work, I'm not spending one on the phone.
