I'm getting annoyed now :(

Im getting disconnected from titanfall and pvz everytime I I try to play them but my connection is good. Its been going on for weeks. It happens mid game ive rang my broadband provider and every thing is fine. Im on the fastest speed in Britain 150mb download
speed and my ping is great when I go on titanfall I have something like 14ms ping. Is this happening to anyone else ????

I'm having the exact same problem mate, seriously getting annoyed with this now

 

streaming issue, it keeps telling me to try again later.

I'm getting super annoyed, I've been trying to get itt to function all night now

 

That's really frustrating.

You're not the only person it's happening to.

Note that both games are published by EA and run on their servers.

EA recently launched the "Dragon's Teeth" expansion for "Battlefield 4" and they have had trouble with all their servers, possibly because of a sudden surge in use.

Has this just been happening today or has it never worked?

 

Titanfall runs on Azure doesnt it?

 

Sometimes i can get a full match. But the majority of matches it kicks me out. I have owned my xbox one for three months now and its been a big let down.

 

It shouldn't be your connection. Have you tried contacting support? Both MS and EA?

Also... what XBox LIVE games run fine for you?

 

First port-of-call should be:

Test Multiplayer Connection.

Having got a result, hold LT, RT, LB, RB down simultaneously and wait for a while until you get a reading on what your NAT type is.

I wouldn't expect someone with the fastest connection in Britain to have problems like this! Albeit, I'm on BT Infinity 2, and I've had no such problems at all.

 

It says my network is behind a cone nat. What does this mean ?

 

And all my 360 games run great online its just my xbox one.

 

That means that you have an OPEN NAT, and you shouldn't have any problems joining anybody.

On the topic of the disconnects, when getting disconnected from the game do you also get disconnected from Xbox Live at the same time?

Are you using a wireless or wired connection to your Xbox One?

Out of interest, do you, or anybody else in your household use the Xbox 360 at the same time when you're using the Xbox One?

 

I use wireless and no i dont get disconnected from xbox live and no one else has a game console. I think its just the ea servers. Also my hub is in the same room as the xbox.

 

Yeah, I think it's the EA servers.

They are particularly stretched at the moment for the reasons mentioned above but they've also been repeatedly stretched in the past and tends to affect multiple games.

 

Yea its a joke that ea servers are crap and some of there games are online only.

 

There is a Xbox Live Service Alert for EA games at the moment, that may be causing some of your issues.
