    I entered the code correctly and keep getting the same error message!

    What the heck am I doing wrong?

    I am glad to know that you have resolved the issue already.

    Had you mentioned earlier that it is related to your iOS mobile, then I could tell you that we have know issues on remote with mobile on iOS for the past weeks and they are they are taken cared of already. Remote play on iOS devices (Known Issue Update) - Microsoft Community. I guess you are one of the many users affected.

    Thank you for responding. I was able to get this figured out. When using my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I continuously got the error message. When I used my iPad, I was able to complete the setup immediately. Not sure why, but got it done and everything is functioning properly. LOVE MY XBOX Series S!

    There is an error adding a credit card.

    With all of this card info, you also want to make sure that you are entering the correct billing address. Maybe contact your bank to make sure you have the same address entered that they have on file? Is there a status code or error code with that message
    you are getting, if so, what is it?

    DLC Problem

    Generally this error is encountered because "you have entered an incorrect billing address or postcode that doesn’t match the billing address or code used by your credit card company."

    Are you able to make sure these match?
