I'm getting an error code (121010.) that a problem occurred when saving my data to the cloud.

I too am getting the 121010 error. I tried resetting as you suggest, but that did not work. The message says there is a problem saving information to the cloud. Cannot play any games.

I and getting the same error code 121010 when my computer tries to sign in syncs to Microsoft solitaire Xbox.

After paying for the Premium version I began receiving the error code 121010 regarding not being able to save game data in cloud. This was happening on both devices. As many others I seached the internet for a solution. But no remedy for my situation.

It appears that I solved it in the following simple way on both iPhone and iPad:

1. Log out of the game

2. Delete the app (and data) but keep subscription

3. Restart device

4. Reinstall app

5. Log on Xbox live

Unfortunately the problem still appears and will only be solved temporarly by following the above steps.

I also have an issue with Windows 10 Solitaire Collection with my new Surface Pro 4. When I open the Solitaire app it comes up with message "Importing Windows 8 Cloud Data-Importing Saved Cloud Data" then an error is displayed "Cloud data import error -
There was a problem importing cloud saved game data RETRY/CANCEL". Pressing the retry only repeats the error message, pressing the Cancel the box goes away and Solitaire games are ok to play. Any idea how to get rid of this error? I assume it is from my
old SP3 and Windows 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

This error occurs when your console runs out of space for saved games while synchronizing with the cloud. You should free up space by deleting saves you no longer need. Or, you can ignore the error and continue to play without the option to save.

Which one do you want to use?

You get this message when your console has newer or different locally saved data than what’s saved in the cloud, usually after you play offline. You’ll be given the choice of which saved data to use, the locally saved or the cloud saved version (and you’ll
be notified which is newer). Pick the “save” you want to use and continue.

Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud

This error occurs when you’re playing on one Xbox One console after having played on a different Xbox One console that hasn’t finished synchronizing your saves to the cloud. You have two options:

• Select Sync last saved data to stop the other console’s upload and instead sync the data on the console you’re currently using. You may lose unsynchronized data from the other console.
• Select Keep waiting and resolve the sync problem with the other console. This usually means signing in to your profile on that console and letting it complete the upload.

We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud

This error occurs when your Xbox One console can’t maintain a good connection to Xbox Live. If you can, select the Play offline option to use the data on your console’s hard drive instead.

To test your network connection:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network Settings.
6. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.
