    I am unable to load the app Microsoft Jigsaw. I receive a window informing me it is currently unavailable in my account. Error Code 0x803F8001.

    I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
    in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
    store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.

    Cannot connect: Error code 8007065b

    after singing into my account on my xbox 360 console I got an error code 8007065b telling me certain xbox live content is currently unavailable.

    i could still look at my friends list and the marketplace but couldn't play matchmaking even though I didn't reserve any errors when testing my connection.

    after searching for a solution to the problem I tried to recover my account by deleting and re downloading it to my hard drive but when I try to download my Microsoft account back now that I have deleted it I receive an error saying xbox live account can't
    be downloaded at this time error code: 80072746 then the same message as before state ing that some xbox live content is currently unavailable error code: 8007065b.

    i have not changed my gamer tag and my privacy settings allow all content.

    alright i figured out how to clear it, i did clear it, and im still getting the message and cannot recover my account. but i do think its running a little bit smoother and faster now :) it starts to load after the error message appears and says "xbox live
    signup is currently unavailable. please try again later" i dont always get to see this screen but i did see it once when i tried on friday...idk what else to do
