    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues, just a friendly reminder that Xbox Support does not have access to the ban and suspension system and does not have access to knowing the specific reason for your ban or removing it.

    Just for clarification, does your sanction only involve being unable to communicate on Xbox Live temporarily or does the console no longer have the ability to connect to the internet?

    True, I was just confused because I was never given a reason anywhere I looked and I genuinely don't think that I harass anyone as I hardly message anyone to begin with. I just don't want it to happen again and get perma banned or something

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
