    im frustrated microsoft!!!


    im a little bit confuse about the fact i buy a heroes pack for marvel heroes omega 64$ and the compagny gazillion shut down and i lose my money i try to contact chat support about it and they cant do nothing about that. im with xbox for about 10 years and
    8 with this account good customer i buy game physic and download and im no high expectation demands i just want to put money in a game and lose it.i only refund 1 time in my entire time on microsoft and its for a game that dosent work when i buy it on store
    and i wait 1 week for the fix and its never came (friday 13th the game).i know rules about refunds and all that stuffs but i want a good jugdment about that and look if you can do something about that and i use the money on the xbox store with something than
    i can play

    please microsoft do something for me

  2. Really Frustrated With Microsoft

    My xbox one started overheating and I was told that basically I have to buy a new one. I can't just afford to buy a new console every 2 years. That said, I shopped around for 2 days and found the xbox s 500 gb for $226 plus tax, plus a game of my choice
    so I ordered it. I would have upgraded to the xbox x if it were cheaper or there were payment arrangements...

    OK, so the new console arrives tomorrow and just now I learned of the All Access Plan in which you can buy the console over time, and get the gamepass and xbox live for $35 per month for xbox x, and $22 per month for xbox s. So I called support to see what
    options I had, and they would not convert it over the phone, instead, they told me I have to return the console I ordered and drive 3 hours to the closest store to purchase another one with that offer. WHAT. THE. ****. MICROSOFT????

    Why not make things a little more user friendly? If you help me out with this, I will end up paying you MORE money over time and I will REMAIN a member of your service for TWO years. Rather than cancel everything when I go back to school each semester...
    but no. We can't do things the simple way, can we? We can't put ourselves in the customer's place, can we??

  3. I'm so frustrated with Microsoft!

    I am stuck on the screen with the cards. I've won a lot of BINGOs. Even though the last number has been called, the screen won't change to the rewards screen! It's very annoying! It's like the screen is frozen. It will let me go back but then I will lose
    all that I've won! Does anyone have any advice as to how this can be fixed?!? The game won't let me chat, either!

    This is a forum made mostly of users such as yourself. No one here can provide refunds except for phone support. You will have to continue dealing with them but if they told you no for a refund there isnt much else you can do im afraid.

    Anyone who made a purchase on Marvel Heroes Omega between Oct 31st-Nov 29th 2017 will get a refund to their original payment instrument,ie credit/debit card etc.

    Anyone who made a purchase between Sept 1st-Oct 30th 2017 will receive store credit.

    Anyone who's played this game should have received a message from xbox live telling them this or should be getting this message soon or you can look here
