English is not good, please forgive me

I am a one Xbox user from China, I am very not understanding why China's one Xbox no pre installed IE browser, nor the market. As a game machine why can not switch areas and languages, to buy other markets of the game, can not download
DLC.

GTA5 cannot display Chinese in Chinese version of XBOXONE

I understand that market restrictions will be quite irritating at times, however, it is out of Microsoft's control.

They can only deliver certain content to where they are permitted to do so I'm afraid.
