I'm from Brazil and I can't manage to buy Xbox 360 in my Xbox One

I'm from Brazil, and my Xbox Live account is set on Brazil, but when I try to buy a Xbox 360 retrocompatible game on my Xbox One, it says I need to specify my payment method. When I try to specify, it says in my account info that I'm registered as from de
U.S.A.

It doesn't make any sense, since my account is definitly brazilian.

Does any one knows how to fix this?

I can't play, I always recive Hate Messages

Im getting too many hate messages on Xbox One and Xbox 360 as well. Everytime that I play, I always recive a message saying bad words about Brazil and the Brazilian people, and also they kick me from the matches and I can't play in the way that I want and
as i'm living in Brazil, I can't buy MS points or any currency to my account, it's very hard to find currency cards here, there's no game store close to my house, just in the Downtown. I really want a help, I to play without get bad words about me, please
help me!! I really need to change my GT, I want to play!!

Buying an Imported Media.

Hello everybody!

I'm a new user of Xbox 360 and that's my first experience with online games.

I saw that some games aren't avaible in my country (Brazil) to buy from Live. So, I was wondering:

It's possible to buy an Imported Media from a game and play it on my console and account from Brazil without getting any kind of block, ban, or trouble?

I already tried to send a ticket to my support but still haven't got any answer.

I ask this because there is many game that I'd like to play but I can't because of regions restrictions.

I understood only a little of what you said, as I'm from Brazil, I have to use google translator, which fails quite, but I really want to use them on Xbox 360, Just buying them on Xbox One or Computer, I intend to use them from backward compatibility,
