I am tired of getting the run around from xbox. A line of chat or phone needs to be installed for all departments just like any other company. I lost 42 dollars on a game that doesnt work properly. They claim I used all my refunds for a the year which is
a blanket lie as I never asked for one this year. I'm poor so I normal make smart choices. When replying to email they just kept sending the same exact response.

Talking to real people solving real problems is how things should be done. With that im complying a list of customers whove had similar issues with xbox/microsoft with saved documents time stamps etc.

This isnt a threat. I simple want justice. If there happens to be a legit xbox team member who reads this fix this issue for me and ill let it all go.

Of course I tried the game I bought it. It kept crashing lagging bugging out. So I gave up on it. No its only been 10 days with that game and its been uninstalled for 9 of those days and still is.

If you call they tell you to fill out refund online, that there is no contacting the refund department or chatting. I tried every outlet I could find. I replied to the email they kept responding with the same copy paste response and then closed the case.
