Im fed up!!!!

Ive been a preview member for quite some time now and i think its stupid that all people who said that preview was terrible are now begging to join it. I think xbox should make them prove that the people are not just doing for the backwards comp but instead
they want to help with new updates in the future. There should be some sort of test or something like that xbox should do and i think all current preview members who was on the program before E3 will agree with me.

reported one just now myself. i take pics with my cell phone at least 5 good ones, im just trying to play for fun, but i cant play if i cant see half the screen from the url spam..

 

What about us members that were in it, then opted out because it buggered my console up and then want to join again

 

The sudden influx of invite requests all over the forums is no doubt due to the backwards compability announcement at E3, i dont think alot fully appreciate what they are wanting to sign up to, its all about testing so the update works when released to everyone,
and functionality can be and has been affected while trying to get updates working correctly before they go public. There is only a small selection of backwards compatible games to preview and once its tested they plan to launch to everyone with 100 games
available to start with. If people genuinely want to contribute to the preview program good on them, if its just for the limited amount of backwards compatible games available your probably better off just waiting it out

 

I fully agree R1CH5TER and for your point Flaming Pingu because of the preview program i have to delete the system cache at least once a day but im ok with it as xbox will make sure it fine before the update is released. I love being a preview member it
a great thing but i dont think people should join it just to get around 20 games before the update is actually released. People should join it becuase they wont to help and not because of 2 updates. I hope that xbox find a way to find out who the people who
want to help and the ones who dont!

I'm pretty sure the preview team are well aware that 99% of requests to join are by people just doing it for the backwards compatibility & will probably not accept them.

 

I hope so mate, they should at least monitor the people who have/ will join after E3 before the backwards comp and new dash update.

What do preview members do for MS as part of the program? I would like to play Elite, is that such a terrible thing?

 

We give feedback on updates that microsoft are thinking of releasing so they know if it is ready or not, people who want to give feedback on all future updates are fine but backwards comp and the new dash shouldnt let that be the only reason!

Nothing wrong with wantng to play elite, but if thats the only reason your probably better off waiting for it to go public, as i said above i dont think people fully appreciate the issues regarding console functionality that can occur, and if they want in
to play bc games or one game and it affects their gaming experience while the updates being tested i think they will be quick to regret it. If you understand what your signing up to and get to play elite early then all the best to you.

 

I fully agree R1CH5TER, i have had many problems from it but because im here to help Microsoft im okay with it. People who are doing it for back comp may get some big issues and they will quickly regret their choice. People should think hard if they want
to commit to the issue that may be caused, some issues may have to be sorted by shipping it to microsoft to fix then just because of one thing you wont have your xbox for a while.

Pretty much agree with what has been posted, but people will want big updates like BC.

 

I dont think its such a bad thing more xbox one preview programme members the better yes you will get some who just want in it for playing xbox 360 games but just think how much this will help MS more consoles in the program more peeps to find faults and
to say what they do and dont like so i think over all its for the greater good

 

The point is that the majority of people asking for invites at the moment have no interest in pointing out faults,giving feedback etc.,they just want in for the backwards compatibility.
