I'm Done Xbox

I think that you need to re-think the Electronics in this console. I Purchased one, took it home installed it and had issues.

So, I returned it to the store that Replaced it with another one. Got the second one Home and start Using it. Problems with the Kinect flared up. It is at that time, with the help of your Tech Team, determined that I should return it for Repair or Replacement.
This was done.

The new Kinect came back, but different issues of the system kept popping up, I had to occasionally Unplug the system from Power, to get the Xbox Console to Turn on the Kinect, when it was turned on. On the Commands; Well sometime it obeyed and sometime
it didn't. It never responded to the "Xbox One" command. It's as if the Console did not know what you were talking about, when you told it to Turn on. Once I was playing a game, and the things just Powered off on it's own. I had to Unplug it from the Wall,
wait a few minutes and Plug it back it to get it to work again. Now I'm thinking that I actually Paid around $500.00 for this troubled device. My friends start to make fun of me, as they had the Playstation 4.

So, I got fed-up....I took the Xbox One back to the store and traded it in for a Playstation 4. Needless to say, Now I am a Happy Gamer. I am not going to recommend this Xbox One to anyone in the future, as my experience with it, will not allow that.

My advice to the creators of this Device; Go back to the Drawing board, and try to do it right, then put it on the Market. Bye!

I'm done!

I've tried to enjoy playing Bingo on here. No more. It rarely connects and when it does it disconnects in the middle of games just for the round to be over by the time it connects again. Games are meant to be fun and relaxing, not annoying and stressful.

Also, the command for voice input is not "Xbox One" it is simply "Xbox"

 

Sorry about the spelling error; It was suppose to read: "Xbox On." That is the command to tuen the Console on. But it does not work. I'm not the only one that has had problems with the Xbox One.

 

Its not the console its the kinect, i have one and i turned it off and unplugged it not hard.
