    Everyday theres a new problem i would like to stop waking up to being banned for no reason i get spammed reported constantly and you guys bann me i can't even play a game and be good at it without someone having a cry and spam reported everyday i get invited
    to parties and abused for being to good cause people cant take losing to a better player your community is filled with sore loser and jerks i hate xbox i have lost 2 accounts and $2000 worth of online games to spam reports for hacking and i dont even know
    how to hack im 14 i have a school laptop the only device i use is my xbox which i cant even do any more because i try message its blocked i try play multiplayer blocked i use another account same problem occurs i call microsoft for help you cant help me its
    obviously your guys fault because I'm comm band i haven't said or done anything wrong and im torn now cause i cant play with my friends and my xbox is basically useless if i cant do anything

    the update only "messes up" your console if you've done something to it for the update to detect malicious use. such as modifying (or opening) the console.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You need to go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home     to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

    Doesn't matter if you get "spam reported",you could have 1000 reports filed against you,you will only get a ban or suspension if you have been found violating the ToU/CoC.

    In fact,anyone found to be abusing the report feature will be suspended themselves.

    If you are constantly being suspended or banned then you will need to change your behaviour while online.

    It does not matter you violated the code of conduct and were reported for it and when the enforcement team investigated it they found that there was a violation so that is why you were suspended.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about your constant issues with the controller, I personally am still using my day one controller which hasn't skipped a beat. I'm not entirely sure what anyone will be able to do for you here, other than replace the accessory again.

    Have you gotten a reply from Josh? I think it might be best sticking with that avenue as they know the history.

    If it makes you feel any better, I was once working with support to get a transfer cable and they sent me 6 versions of the same cable, it took a month before I eventually got the right one and we discovered a glitch in their system because of it.

    Anyway, good luck with it, hope you get it sorted out.

    which games are they supposedly cheating in, i play pc all the time, very difficult to cheat online and not get a vac ban or microsoft ban. so you cannot blame all pc players.

    is it just one title or are there examples of multiple titles this is happening in.

    As you say your done with xbox does that mean gaming in general as cross play is here to stay on all platforms.

    You will never know if action is taken. It is also a complete myth that you can get a suspension for doing nothing. Unfortunately you got reported, the Enforcement team investigated and issued a suspension. Nobody on here or at support can assist further.
    As stated the Enforcement team do not monitor the forum
