This is ridiculous.. I am sick and tired of microsoft not being able to fix their ***. I keep getting kicked offline in midgame and i have had enough. And no it's not my router or modem my internet is up and running and working on all my other devices. As
soon as my paycheck comes in i'm getting a PS4. I've been an xbox user for over 10 years now and i love it but like i said this is ridiculous. I'm done with Xbox

I'm done!

I've tried to enjoy playing Bingo on here. No more. It rarely connects and when it does it disconnects in the middle of games just for the round to be over by the time it connects again. Games are meant to be fun and relaxing, not annoying and stressful.

I agree with this 100%! I have also been a faithful Xbox user and this issue has not been resolved nor have any solutions been provided. PS4 it is!!

Have you tried your Xbox on another network? (Not your network easy way to get proof)

Or another Xbox? (Your HW may be failing)

I would give those a quick go. I'm pretty sure Xbox would not have as big a community if everyone experienced the same issues. Narrowing down the suspects is a key to troubleshooting. As not all Xbox Live uses have the same issue and most do not we can safely
say it is not Xbox Live.

If you are done I recommend visiting a local game stop they will be happy to help you part with your Xbox.

I feel the same. Can't finish a activity without getting disconnected, every 5 minutes. Seriously! Enjoyed my xbox but I've had it. PS4 seems to be the safe option. Selling all my xbox stuff and moving on.

Just a heads up the PS4 has issues of its own too...

Xbox and ps4 both work just fine. Its usually a compatibility issue with the router/gateway or isp issue or well yeah... theres allot that comes into performance. ps4 might work better for you with your set up though or it might not... may just be a waste
of money.

@patrat46 yeah i can vouch for that. I have both xbox one and ps4. And BOTH DO have their issues. Playstation Network has its issues too. Lol so wouldnt be much different

You should start your own thread. You are commenting on someone elses. However if you have had a refund once they wont do it again. You are allowing your child to play xbox on an adult account. It's easy to create a child account and control it so no
purchases can be made.

Just a heads up, but PSN subscriptions would be the same way. If you don't have a credit card or Paypal, prepaid cards are the way to go.

I don't think Switch subscriptions require that. You'll still have to pay taxes though. 25%? Ugh.

Purchases require taxes, just like if you were to buy it in a retail store. That's pretty standard.

Otherwise, since it starts a recurring subscription, you need a credit card or Paypal on file for the subscription.
