    im done with microsoft


    I hate xbox staff and microsoft staff. i go to all this trouble to get my case dropped and these [Mod Removed - Profanity] extended my suspension by another day. my comms was supposed to be back on the 11th now it says the 12th. they cant
    do that they got no legal right to. these [Mod Removed - Profanity] think they can do as they please. im demanding a full refund for every game,digital item i ever bought including the console. im going to sony at lease SIE moderation dosent
    kick their players while there down. they will get a slew of complaints for this.

    It's not MS's fault. Check your TV and take your Xbox back and get a new one.

    Hi, I can assure you that Sony also have some pretty strict policies which are enforced.

    As for your suspension, I guess you already filed a case review ? If not then by all means give that a try on the enforcement website.

    With regards to getting everything refunded including the cost of your Xbox, good luck with that one.

    im aware of that i still own my ps4 and ps3 ive had them longer than xbox but because microsoft want to abuse its authority it cost them a customer.

    You are free to do whatever you please of course, the choice is yours. Personally I'd file a case review and if that fails just sit the suspension out. Once it's done I'd take a look at the things I may have done to get that enforcement and be sure to not
    do them again.

    You are I sense a little angry right now, often we say things in anger we don't really mean. Once the dust settles things look not so bad.

    Whatever you decide to do I wish you all the best.

    I'm sorry that you've had a poor experience. There is nothing we can do on the forums to resolve this - we can only advise you to look into a case review. If the option is not available via the Enforcement website, then you will have to ride out your suspension.
    Normally the team can review cases that are longer than 24 hours.

    i didnt use any profanity yet it was marked that way explain that? seems like someone is altering posts to remove negativity towards microsoft away which they cant legally do unless their looking for trouble
