Another day, another wall of text, another atrocious case of garbled grammar and groundless grievances. Am not gonna painstakingly requote your 'points' because for some reason reply with quote isn't available for the first post, however I will briefly state
that controller drift is a known thing FOR ALL CONTROLLERS - irrespective of platform or console generation. As other forum members have already noted, it's a wear and tear issue related to how often you're using (or abusing) the PERIPHERAL (spelling corrected)
in question.

As for your contention that Microsoft Edge is "broken", that's a fallacy because every day (or the next) I'm here faithfully posting from my Xbox One S, and it works perfectly fine. If you're having an issue with your apps, perhaps it's your internet at
fault, or your beleaguered console, or your fragile constitution. Anger is never a solution to life's problems. #GetAGrip

 

I completely second this, PVP has never been a viable option in any game in my book but the way that Fromsoft coded in PVP it has always been lacking due to bad hit boxes, frame rate lag and worst of all networking failures across the board which was only
made worse in this games sequle though I have yet to play it I have heard many bad things about it.

Getting back on point, the way the netcode was designed and implimented left PVP and Co-Op buggy and quite dissatisfying to say the least and now that the game has got some age on it the modders and gankers have stepped in and taken adavantage of the games
improper coding to completely ruin what was a very salvagable game at one point.

I think an option to turn off invasions should have been included in the menus because not everyone wants to be invaded by random cheaters this would be especially helpful at known ambush spots where these little creeps like to wait to jump invade someone
elses world because they know the environment in these places is not conducive to a defensive strategy.

I'm on my second play through whith my only character and have been invaded at the second to last bonfire on my way to see the Sunlight Princess and I know they were cheating because I'd been resting at the bonfire waiting to see some summon signs so I could
get help with Orinestine and Smough and got kicked out of the bonfire and then invaded this happened all three times which according to the game shouldn't have been happening everybody knows that you can not be invaded while actively resting at a bonfire but
yet it was happening and I clearly had no choice in the matter so I got killed the first two times rather quickly because my character is a strength build and not set up for PVP at all.

During the first two invasions my bonfire kept going on and off one second I could rest at it and the next I was being kicked out which made no sense at all the bonfire only re-ignites after the invader or phantom leaves the world...

I was able to land solid hits on all three invaders but never registered any damage being done to them my weapon simply phased through them and then they teleported through my character and ended up behind me several times eventually ending with them killing
me, not once did they roll to get around behind me they just instantly phased into position in less than a second which also made no sense the way they played was fairly similar to when an enemy player uses a lag switch on a FPS style multiplayer just seeming
to dissapear infront of you and somehow ending up behind you getting the kill but they never actually moved...

I suspect that a lot of these PVP players use lag switches or something similar and I know for a fact that a dev kit mod is making the rounds for this game and several pepole have been using it to illegally alter the game by increasing their stat values
to well beyond the max for the highest legit overall character level you can get and all of these guys have the same stat values with their stamina being in the 1 billion category which is so far beyond what you can actually get that stat to at max that its
clearly obvious that they are modding the game.

One billion souls banked, nine hunred ninety-nine thousand in stat points for all stats and they still have to use other mods to cheat in combat, I've lost faith in humanity no pun intended because it seems like more and more people have to resort to cheats,
mods and hacks to get their giggles on instead of just playing the games they way they were meant to be because they either really suck at them or they are just lazy..

I really wish the devs and pubs would go back to doing single player campaings only like they used to ten fifteen years ago and just drop the multiplayer aspect for a while that just might be enough to run the modders and cheaters away for good..

The way I see it is these cheaters need to loose access to online multiplayer as a punishment for their bad behavior, its like this you play fair you get to keep it you dont and you loose it plain and simple its the only way to get the point across that
what they are doing is not going to be tolerated any more.

 

Just a nit, but it's not true that you can't be invaded while sitting at a bonfire. So, if you are invaded while sitting at a bonfire, that has nothing to do with whether the other person is cheating.

If you're a gold member and not in party chat, it automatically puts you in online mode.
