I'm connected to the internet, but no pins etc....

I have this problem every couple of days as well on a wired connection. Between this and my Dolby Digital through optical making crackling noises, I'm resetting my Xbox One at least once a day. And this is my replacement unit that they shipped me after
my Day One unit ended up having an Optical Drive that only played Region 4 (Latin America) DVD's. Go Team!

 

I have this issue as well, hard resetting fixes it but it returns I reckon every couple of weeks. Maybe it's some kind of memory leak as the connection tests and other stuff still work okay when broken. Something like a memory leak would explain why heavy
users tend to experience it more frequently.

 

this fixed it yes... but power cycling each time it's happenning? it'S a pain. they much fixed it i had this bug like 1-2 times each week....

 

I am having major issues....power cycling helps but nothing works properly. Apps games etc nothing works.

If you are still having this issue can you confirm whether you were part of the dashboard preview programme?

I was and have noticed that other people have problems. I can no longer use the app either.

 

I am having this same issue. It was working fine last night then this morning No pins or apps.

 

I am still having this problem on a regular basis, also being told that there is no cable connection to the net. Have to "power cycle" my xbox twice a week if not more

I've had this problem since I bought the Xbox One. Powercycling works but it's a pain. Sometimes logging in and out also works. My internet is fine. Bumping this thread.
