I'm connected to the internet, but no pins etc....

I've encountered the same issue. I did the hard reset after reading here and it cleared it up. For how long remains to be seen.

 

Same here, not working for me at all.

 

Between 0x80048051 and my pins playing tricks, I don't know what wind to *** in. All I wanna do is play some TitanFall at 10am on a Tuesday. Guess my Xbox got to the Vicodin and Vodka.

 

I have an issue connecting to Xbox Live on the Xbox one, I've tried every troubleshooting solution and nothing's worked. I tried connecting on the 360 and it connected without a single problem. Any solutions with the Xbox One? I'm starting to think it's
an internal issue because my internet connection is really good and I rarely jae any issues with it.

 

Just to add to the numbers, I have been having this problem for a while. Temporary solution offered works, waiting for permanent fix.

 

I had a static IP setup for my XB1. When I turned it back to dhcp (dynamic); my pins and the store started showing up again. I've had problems with static IP on my XB1 system since I got it.

I am having the sam problem and it's been going on for three days now, I've only owned the xbox one for 4 days. This is getting old. Will someone from xbox please answer this!

 

I have to do a hard reset every 2 days or so. I just talked to support, they are well aware of the problem, but have no idea when or even if it will be corrected with an update. It didn't start happening until after the last big update for me.

 

I've tried resetting the console. Still nothing works. No pins no store. This has been going on for a few days now.

 

Is power cycling a permanent fix? Have any of you seen it come back?

Power Cycle FTW!!! I have had this issue for over a fraking week. Cycled and NOW WE ARE BACK!!!

 

No this is a continued problem. This needs to be fixed on the Xbox side. You can hard reset, and a day or two later, your problem is there again. I think this has something to do if you leave your xbx1 on for a long period of times.
