I'm having the problem too . It says in connected to Internet but I'm not...?? No pins nothing up.. When I run the tests it says everything is fine n I'm connected...

 

Thank god for this. It was happening to me for days, Idk why I didn't try that right away also. Fixed it right up.

 

My wife had this and power cycling the console worked. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down. Then turn it back on. Happened when she got the last update.

Multiple power cycles and hard resets later and this is still happening...what is going on MSFT?

 

Power cycling has done nothing to fix my issue. Still no pins or store....Microsoft please fix yes?

 

I have also been having this problem and the power cycle only works for a few days every few days I need to power cycle to resolve this issue. on mmy fourth reset

 

Restarting worked for me too ... Xbox needs to post something about this problem ..cause I almost rebooted to factory setting !!

I was also having the same issue for probably the past month but never bothered thinking about it since I don't really use the store.

Power Cycling the Xbox fixed it for me as well.

Same here. I will say the power cycle works temporarily but a few days later you have to do it again. I've had this issue for about a month now, actually I think it was around the Titanfall launch. It's about time to get this fixed

 

I've power cycled, hard rebooted, and pulled the plug multiple times and IT KEEPS RETURNING.

PLEASE FIX THIS, IT"S BEEN AT LEAST A MONTH NOW. YES, I AM YELLING AT YOU MSFT.
