I'm connected to the internet and the test says it works but I can't play online or talk with ...

my Xbox says I'm connected to the internet and the test works fine but when I try to play online or talk to people it either works for a short period of time and then stops or doesn't work at all. It's been doing this only in one place. It works at home
but I bring it here for better internet connection but it doesn't work, this has been happening since I got it but it got much worse after the latest update. The internet works perfectly with other devices.

Internet problems

my Xbox is connected to the internet but won’t recognize the internet when online. It says it’s connected but when I try to play a game it says theres a connection problem. My other Xbox works perfectly fine on the internet so it’s not the WiFi that doesn’t

Xbox One Online Connection Problems

Yea Xbox live isn't working . can't get on hulu or play any games on live . it says I'm connected but disconnects she. I try to play . I did all the test for my Inernet and all of them say my internet is good and when I get on Hulu on my tablet it works
fine . something is wrong with live

 

Also, everything else works like the store and downloads but live doesn't.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need
to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

I have tried both many times but nothing changes, I may be able to enter a game but it just cuts back out halfway through the match. It allows me to join a group for less than a second and tells me that something went wrong with the group.
