I'm connected to live but when I join a match it won't let me do anything........

My connection is fine but when I join a multiplayer match on bf3....ask I can do is turn and look....it won't let me move or shoot out couch or even switch weapons.....help me please.....

Well ur not the only one after i came from school i couldn't join xbox live well few hours later it let me in but won't let me join any parties game's anything when i try to use app it give's me some kind of 800100 error or something like that.

 

Connected to Internet but not live

My Xbox is telling me I'm connected to the internet but every time I get on halo it says I'm not connected to live. Same with gta. If it lets me search for people it won't find anyone or join a lobby in gta with anyone in it. Getting really frustrated
and am about ready to get my money back on this console.
