I'm connected to Internet but I keep getting the same msg

When I first switch my xbox on it takes a while to load up and i get a Can't Sign In msg. I get the same message if i then select connect to live from the guide button. I have run a connection test on both wired and wireless and the both connect to the internet
but won't connect to Live.

you shouldn't have that msg except on the elite subscription as mw3 isn't region locked



if you are getting that msg well no unless your dad purchases an american connection (satilite internet)

I keep getting this message that I'm not connected to the internet but that's not true. I think Microsoft is not connected to the internet. I have to play the games offline because of this.
