Im conected to xbox live yet i cannot play any game nor recover game data.

Hello everybody i have a this problem on my xbox one. Im connected to xbox live and i can chat with friends and join parties, but whenever i try to play a game online it wont let me, it says i lost conection to the servers... The only solution i have found
is:

1-Go to offline mode on the xbox one.

2- Restart console.

3- Sign out of any profile. (auto sign in enabled)

4- Go back to online mode.

5- Run any game and let it ask me to sign in with any profile.

After this all, i can play online again.

I dont have an idea of why this happens. And the solution i listed above is not ideal for my since i play on my laptop and to do it i have to disconnect from the network so i have to go to a friends house to do this solution on a HDMI TV wich i dont have.
(College life ftw)

Got to mention that i have a modem/router and a linksys router connected to it, im suspicious that this may be causing the problem since the modem shoulnt be working as a router as well.

I would love if you guys have any solution other than the one mentioned.

Xbox Live Parties,Games Etc

I can log into xbox live,see my friends and all the live stuff,i can send them messages but i cannot chat with them nor can i play any games online i can only log in to live and send messages to friends and download games but not play iny games or chat with
anyone,

 

Games not syncing

I have tried playing multiple different games on my xbox one, and all of them are having issues with syncing latest saved data. now this is a major problem as i cannot progress with any of my games, and most of my games are online so nor can i play them
when selecting use offline. need a fix asap.

 

You don't show up as a gold account on here , you show as silver...and you will have a hard time if you are using 2 routers as you said , list the modem router you have as it may be able to be put into "bridge mode" and passthrough right to the Linksys
...also , your isp , you said "college life" . are you hooked to campus internet ?

 

It shouldn't matter on the router or modem/router as i recently hooked up a linksys router running ethernet cable to the linksys router,have you tried holding the power button front of the xbox to power cycle it as xbox live servers were down,if so try power
cycling both the main router/modem an then linksys router.

 

@Atomic , are you saying it dosent matter if he is using 2 routers ? Because , it does ...that's double NAT and will cause the exact things the op is describing ...
