Well, I messed up. So, long story short I removed my account from my xbox with no clue on what my email is. I know it still exists, and I have tried every single email I have basically ever had. I have no idea what to do. when I tried to sign in with the
email I thought I was using it decided to make me another account. Please help! D:

Xbox Live account locked out COMPLETELY

1-800-4MY-XBOX. Or xbox.com/forgot. You can even have support call you about account issues. GOOD LUCK!!!

Xbox Live account locked out COMPLETELY

So I have trouble getting into my other account that has a gold membership. I'm using another account I created to improvise. When I try to sign into that account, it gives me this message: "We need the email address and password for your Microsoft account
so we can check and update the security of your Xbox profile." I enter in the email of my account...but I don't know the password...so I try one of my old passwords I used to use because I made my account in 2011, WITH my old email I do not use anymore. Anyway,
when I enter it, there was another message that said: "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account." So I went to the website and tried to recover by giving it information...but I didn't give enough information. There was no other way for me to remember
this stuff. So I'm suggesting myself to call Microsoft. Will they help me? But please give me the number of Microsoft so they can give me help. I wanted them to transfer my locked account gold membership to the account I'm making this discussion with, so I
can actually remember my account email and password without getting into this trouble again...if anyone has any better ideas, PLEASE tell me. This membership for my account just auto renewed and I can't use it, and I don't have money to buy a new membership.

I think my account could have overwritten something as it just pops up with this weird account with no xbox live or anything. I am pretty sure what my email is, so I don't know why it would have done this.

Hi there. The only people who can help with this matter are those on the Xbox support line. Explain to them what has happened and they will then ask you a number of questions to verify who you. Once you pass these questions they will provide you with the
email address associated to the account.

Sorry to hear that, so... The Microsoft account that you want to recovery have 2 steps verification enabled?
Or do you not remember your the email address?

Oh... I see, in this case you may need to try recovering the other account first.

If it's another Microsoft account you can do it using the same recovery form

If not you may need to reach Google, Apple or the domain that the other account is using

The accounts recovery email adress is the problem if I had that I could probably sign into that email but can't figure it out.

I logged in to play minecraft with a friend, but no servers showed up. I went to edit the security setting to ask daddy microsoft if ive been a good enough boy to play the game I paid for. It wont even let me in.

This is why I dont buy anything from the microsoft store, this is the first and last. You took my money and told me to get bent. I want this fixed by tomorrow or a full refund.

I have had the same response for two weeks when trying to change passwords. I went thru the same thing with the account recovery form getting the same result.
