Im communication banned with no reason given and was just hung up oon by support!!!!!

Ok so I have been playing Borderlands 3 since release, been farming and trading items through LFG on xbox. At 6 a this morning I got a communication baan notice, went to enforcement history and have a 7-day suspension that doesnt give me ANY reason for
action???? I call support to ask why there isnt a reason given and after the guy pulls up my info, he says he has no idea. So I ask where I go from here and he says (of course) he cant help with anything even though he sees every interaction ( LFG POSTS AND
COMMUNICATION). I have filed a case review (which he says is going to take from 24 to 48 hours to hear ANYTHING about). Then promptly hangs up on me. So my question is,,,, If I have alll my communications and posts available to prove Ive done nothing wrong,
then why can I be communication banned automatically for a 7-day suspension without even a reason for action given, and secondly Im told even if I am innocent Im still gonna be banned for ATLEAST 2 days???????? This honestly makes ABSOLUTELY NO sense to me.
Please SOMEONE, ANYONE tell me why I have no way to communicate with the people who actually (falsely) gave me a automatic 7-day suspension (2 if im lucky I guess) without even listing a reason????????

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued

If you’re unsure why your suspension was decided, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action

So you are saying no one is ever innocent? Erveryonbe who is reported has always done what they are accused of? Intriguing very intriguing inded. Well I guess that makes sense.

Enforcement websiteto resolve this as the Ambassadors have stated.
If you have submitted a case review from the same website then you will need to await a determination from the Enforcement team. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment
on Forums nor can Support offer assistance. Xbox Support does not have access to any information concerning bans/suspensions on your profile, nor do they have any access to your posts/communications with others.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
