I'm coming for you Enforcement

i know and understand this isn't the enforcement page or whatever but no one from the stupid program is real and won't talk to me. This is the only resort I have and its past my control. I have been temporarily suspended for 3 weeks when THEY SAID IT ENDED
ON THE 1st. They are thiefs and deserve to be treated like so. I haven't been able to speak to my friends and it's very aggravating that I did my time, yet they're still messing with me. If I'm not fixed by the end of today I will threaten that department,
come find your location, and make you pay. You are all THIEFS and not letting me communicate to people for almost a month has made me lose my mind and I will destroy your company in person and letting the people know why I'm destroying them. Because your company
is filled with thieves that don't know how to do a simple *** task like lift a 1 week ban so it doesn't become a 3 week one. Your going to pay you POS's

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Sorry you're having issues with your communication. Three is a known issue with reinstatement right now. That said, making threats against Microsoft is against the forums terms of use, and they take threats pretty seriously (especially threats of violence)

I understand having an issue but when it costs someone 3 weeks of play time as well as $90 in controllers and microphone

.. LOL this isn't WWE. Don't worry I'm in the same boat as you are, Microsoft doesn't care too much about this problem since it only affects "a small portion" of us. There are many problems that come after communication bans that Microsoft just ignores and
tells us to "hard reset" our xbox thinking it'll solve every problem. It's been about 24 hours since my suspension has been lifted still I am unable to communicate in party chat or send messages. I KNOW for sure they won't fix this till like next month or
at least a few weeks. Welcome to Microsoft service.

I have your same issue. This is what support told me.

Thank you for patiently waiting, we are able to confirm that this issue is an emerging issue for

accounts that came from a suspension. No worries since I already submitted a request for this issue so

that our technicians and engineer will be able to fix this issue for you guys.

I know it's so stupid how they haven't fixed this issue, and who knows they will.

You can choose any category at all. When they connect you with a support advocate you can tell what is going on with your account with no problem

Only your Microsoft/Xbox Account email and your gamertag. I think only knowing your Microsoft account email is good enough.

It should not have any effect. You said that the alert is showing on Xbox Support website too, right? Did you try to click on it to see if it send you to a page where it shows you the enforcement action?

The message usually shows "Find out how this suspension affects you".

I went to the main enforcement page where it tells me after logging in I have a perfect record. Next to that are helpful tips on how to report offensive content along with the rest. Right hand corner are blue hyperlinks under "Helpful Links" the third one down is "Xbox Support" Page.

It takes to me the page I told you about. I've click on what you told to click on. All I see is a detial explaining about the page and a green check mark next to "No Image". In the middle is blank and towards the right hand side shows in bold letters stating "No Enforcement History is found for my account name!!!" since my account name is personal.

That's what I have found. Uknown if this means anything but when I search in the search engine in the top 3 results one of them showed "Enforcement Page not working."

Forgot to mention there were buttons let allows a person to click to the next if there was a history for me all of the buttons were greyed out.

I don't think it will have any negative effect on your account since you do not had any enforcement action made to your account. Only things is the lag you mentioned

Unfortunately I don't have other ideas to help you with besides trying to talk to another Support Advocate on Xbox website.

About the update causing it, I think it is very unlikely since the notification is actually showing on Xbox support website too.
