I'm can't sign in to windows pc gamepass and am missing services

We would like to ensure that we understand your concern correctly. We will be asking questions, please provide us details:

1. May we ask if there is an error message or code you are getting? Please share a screenshot of the issue.
   
2. May we know what happen before this issue started? Can you play a game installed from Microsoft Store?
   
3. Do you mind sharing the troubleshooting steps did you performed already?
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer (or something like game accelerator) installed in your PC?
   
5. Do you previously play games with mods and addons?
   

Missing of these Xbox services may happen if the device is running apps that hinders the Xbox services to be of use. That is why removal of these services will cause issues to the Xbox app itself. We recommend you to try to create new profile to isolate if this issue is due to profile corruption. Last resort is to extensively perform troubleshooting for your Windows device.

Hello this has been happening to me for a while now I couldn't click the game tiles or anything for that matter on gamepass for pc, clicking wouldn't do anything. I wondered if it was something to do with my microsoft account as my profile photo was not showing for gamepass even though I was signed in and I also changed my password which may have caused a problem. So I have just fixed it on my pc so I hope this can help someone. This is what I did. I couldn't click anything in the gamepass pc app but I wanted to sign out to try to clear error, so I signed out of my account at the top right of the microsoft store app, then I clicked the windows start button and signed out of windows. Signed back into windows, went to windows settings, accounts, manage my microsoft account, signed out of my microsoft account at the top right, then signed out of windows again. Signed back into windows, then I think gamepass had message that I was not signed onto ms store. so clicked that and signed back into ms store and ms account and gamepass pc is working now.

No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.

for sure signed into the same Microsoft Account as your Windows profile on the PC itself? It would have to be the same account that has the Gamepass Subscription on it. Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you with

Yes, other games from Xbox Gamepass and Play Anywhere works (login to Xbox live with no error message).

Are you for sure signed into the same Microsoft Account as your Windows profile on the PC itself? It would have to be the same account that has the Gamepass Subscription on it.
