What if I had ultimate on my account and added it to the Xbox then, would that mean we would both get it?

Would two people be able to log on that same account on both PC and Xbox simultaneously without it interfering?

No. The Home setting only applies to the console.

Microsoft doesn't have this game in their PC shop, if he buys it on PC he can only play it on a PC. And if you buy the game on your console, you can only use it on the console.

I also forgot to mention that he has a hacked or modded Xbox that allows him to do things like playing as someone else. ad he doesn't know my password or email for my account

I cannot play multiplayer. My teredo says PortPreserving is ok. In internet, they say it should be no. What can I do? Does it effect me playing online? I have been struggling for a long time please help!

It might not letting you play online as you might not own gold or gamepass ultimate as without these you might need to wait for the free multiplayer weekend(if the problem is on xbox as i see you put applies to pc and xbox)

if you got the game from ultimate then yes but if you got if from something/someone else than no
