I'm buying a new Xbox but I don't know which one. One or 360?

I'm buying a new Xbox but I don't know which one. One or 360? Please help me deicde. Sorry, I don't know where to post this kind of topic. I just decided to post it here

BTW: This isn't technically an issue but I don't know where else to put it.

I'm planning on buying RDR when it come to backwards compatibility and I wanted to know, if I was to buy any RDR DLC from the Xbox 360 section, would it transfer to my Xbox one version of RDR?

Also I'm kind of new to this whole backwards compatibility thing so I wanted to know if I buy it from the Xbox 360 or Xbox One section or doesn't it matter?

It's such a greedy move on Microsoft's part. They REALLY don't make enough money? It's pretty pathetic that they try to squeeze every penny out of their loyal customers. I mean, I don't buy THAT many used games, but I do buy older games every once in a while
that aren't sold new anymore. That means I'll have to pay Gamestop $20 or so plus the Xbox fee which is rumored at $60? Screw that. I'm not buying a PS4, but I don't know when I'll be investing in an Xbox One either.

 

Only you can really answer that.

Depends on what you want.If you've never had a 360 then it's cheaper & there's a massive catalogue of games to choose from but if you want to play the newest games then the xbox one would be better.Plus there is a bunch of 360 games that are playable on
the xbox one via backwards compatibility.

 

But which one do you prefer?

Does games in 360 downloaded or in cd's?

 

I prefer the xbox one.

Had a 360 since it launched & have played just about everything I wanted to play on it.

The xbox one has the newer games,it's where my friends are so it's my preferred console.

If a 360 game is backwards compatible then you can either use a digital or disc version.

 

I loved my 360, but it is old technology now. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from the Xbox One...what a horrible experience. Just go into GameStop and ask them why the used Xbox One systems sell for a $100 less then the PS4.

 

Nothing wrong with the xbox one.I had a PS4 but ended up selling it as there was nothing to play on it & wasn't that great to be honest.

 

Personally I`m quite happy with the 360 as I have quite a large back catalogue of games still to play as I prefer single player campaigns to on-line multiplayer, but as stated above, it all depends on what you want to do.

 

I have both systems & i'm quite happy with both. I am however going to hold off on getting the Xbox One S. As I do not have a 4k TV yet, Like everyone is saying though that is a question that only you can answer.
