subtitles and I did not know, since I do not watch gameplays about the game so as not to spoil the experience. So I played the tutorial and the campaign start. When I say "campaign start" I mean about less than 1 hour of the game. Just to see if even without

Microsoft support site and requested a refund, and they said yes, they would refund me. I had money back in my account and went there to buy Final Fantasy XV. And I did the same thing, the tutorial and played the campaign start (less than 1 hour). Only

of the game because I really didn't like the movement and saw that the game was not for me. Oh, one important point I am not a rascal and I want to earn few achievements and ask for a refund. For me I REMOVED these achievements and if someone in support
wants to do that I accept quietly. Continuing ... I requested a refund of the game and the situation was literally the same as Kingdom Hearts 3, with the difference that I gained more achievements at the same time as the FF developer loves to donate achievements.
But Microsoft support reviewed my request and declined. Until that moment I had not understood why I did not earn my refund. Behold, I will contact support by "contact us". There they explained to me that it is for the achievements and want me to answer
the refund request denied email. I did that and now in the morning they denied it again. I beg you to look into this case and see this conquest game for free. I'm feeling hurt from not getting my money back just because the game fills with achievement in
the first few minutes. Then it's easy for producers to avoid this Microsoft refund system. Put several achievements at the beginning of the game so no one is entitled to a refund. This is frustrating and I threw my hard-earned money in the trash. I hope
someone from Microsoft reads this and resolves why this is [Mod Removed].
