Can someone tell me how to deal with someone making multiple accounts to harass me? Is there a way to get Xbox to ban accounts on that Xbox itself? Im getting annoyed.

on 3/7/12 this gamer [mod removed: do not post gamertags]

was harassing me on live while playing black ops and then got me suspended, till 04/09/12 i play daily on here and do not use foul language at all i would like to have this suspension lifted so i can play again or at least put it out there that this gamer
[mod removed: do not post gamertags] is harassing people on here and maybe he needs suspended.

Only your friends can contact you

I suggest you point the blame in the right direction

First block mute and ignore and report that's how you do it on your console answering in anyway that violates the terms of use can incur punishment if reported and it doesn't matter who started it

Secondly set contacts to friends only problem solved

Don't worry about account suspension as that was just to scare you, and if he makes anymore threats or does DDOS you I would contact your isp as microsoft can't do anything relating to your internet equipment. I know that this can seem scary at times but if
they haven't done anything at this point I wouldn't be too worried, but if you still want information on this issue here's a page regarding the issue you have.

Support doesn't handle enforcement issues. Only the enforcement team does. And the only way to have them look into it is by reporting the other person. So as long as you reported them, the issue will be investigated and the enforcement team will take the
appropriate action.
