I'm being harassed on Xbox Live! Help!

I'm sorry I don't know where to put this.

This guy with the gamertag of [Mod Removed] on Xbox Live has been threatening and blackmailing to upload youtube videos about me without my permission, doing so now and then to humiliate me, editing the videos and the voice clips in it to
make it seem like something totally else is going on and lying to their viewers, harassing me by getting him and his friends to insult and yell at me over and over again (sometimes making fun of me for my autism), and gossiping to my own friends in attempts
to get people to hate me (and at times, he has succeeded).

I tried everything to get him to stop: I tried filing complaints, walking away, being assertive, killing him with kindness, getting my father to talk to him, and even retaliating (at times, I was no better than he was). He's never stopping, he is twenty
years old and I am seventeen and on top of that I have autism and it's really hard for me to deal with this. I come on Xbox Live to have fun, and lately I'm very, very depressed. I really need a moderator to tell him to stop and take down the youtube videos,
and possibly suspend/ban him if he doesn't do so. I'm sorry if I'm on a rant but I really need someone to stop. I switched accounts from UA Overlord to this one in an attempt to get away from him but my own friend told him my new account and now he's still
continuing. I'm not the only one he harasses, ask my friend. She and her friends were constantly harassed by
[Mod Removed]and he did the same things to them. Worst of all, she's a girl. No man should treat a girl like that.

If you want to know who else is involved with this cyberbullying and is helping
[Mod Removed], their gamertags are: [Mod Removed],
[Mod Removed], and [Mod Removed]. I don't care what happens to them, I just need them to stop, that's all. If they stop then I can enjoy my time on Xbox Live. Please do something about this, for me and my friend. Soon I'm also
going to talk to Youtube support to see if they can get him to stop on there as well.

I have a stranger harassing me through xbox live messages. This individual started to make threatening remarks, so i blocked him. He keeps making new accounts to message me. It's so bad I can't even play a game. What do I do? Reporting and blocking wont
stop him. Please help.

Sorry, but there is nothing anyone on the forums can do. The enforcement team only takes complaints via the console. If you've filed complaints then you also need to block communications and not talk to them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the
forums.

You will also need to report them to Youtube because Microsoft cannot do anything about what's done on another service.

 

You've filed complaints which is good, you can also block communication with this user.

Unfortunately YouTube is not governed by Microsoft--Google own's YouTube--so you will have to take up site specific issues over there.

Final note: Do not post gamertags that do not belong to you on the forums. It's against policy to do so.

 

I'm sorry I didn't know that. Is there any enforcement team members I can contact directly? Also, I am going to contact youtube support, I was just wondering if any enforcement team members could at least tell them to stop.

 

There is no way to contact the enforcement team directly.

 

So there's no service me or my father can talk to in order to deal with this? Cyberbullying is illegal after all.

All complaints filed go directly to the enforcement team. That is the only way to notify them of anything like this. There is no other way to contact them.

 

What would I file a complaint for? And about Enforcers United, what is that about? Is there any way that can help me?

 

You've filed a complaint before on them so that would have gone to the enforcement team. You'd be filing for harrassment.

The enforcement united is part of the Ambassador program. It doesn't give us Ambassadors any way of contacting the enforcement team or enforcing any of the rules ourselves. You would still need to file a complaint via the console so the enforcement team
can investigate the issue and take the appropriate action.

 

Alright, thanks anyway. I also found their gamertags on xbox live, so in a way, I think I actually can contact them directly. Also I sincerely apologize if I broke any policies on the forums. I would edit the post if I could.
