I'm being hacked Via Xbox Game Bar somehow

Hi, so my computer is an Lenovo Ideapad 320, and I play Xbox with friends pretty much daily. I had an conversation with my friends/Guildmates regarding my ISP blocking my ability to use services or even view website offering services such as Discord for example.. While they were guiding me as to what to type and where to go, my computer started running extremely slow and I could tell something was off. Now I am not educated about such matters related to Computer code ect.. but I have had my IP Address Dos'd many times before and started seeking help and education as to how to "help/stop" this direct Network based cyber attack to my internet service as it's a denial of service that causes me to lose my connection. My guildmates and friends recommended that I use a VPN, yet my ISP provider being Frontier communications doesn't support VPN and I simply cannot use one without paying money to do so.. and I am cautious about trusting a free VPN as it could be fraudulent and or someone looking to lure me into giving them access to my files, Network ect.. Anyways: I had found a few youtube tutorials on how to identify and even boot an hacker off of my computer using the CMD functions: 1. Go to start. 2. Type CMD 3. Click run or hit enter to open cmd prompt. 4. Type IPconfig and hit enter. This displays and shows you your own IP address and configurations. 5. Type Netstat and hit enter - this list all PID services set up and working on your device that should function automatically on their own. 6. Type Netstat -ano and hit enter. -This will bring up all active listening and connected PID process list identifiers and their IP Adress's attached to them and list the Process Identifier or PID number to directly identify who/what the process is and can now be used to boot them from your computer. 7. Open Task Manager via Start: type Task manager hit enter. or hold Control+Alt+Delete to open Easy Acess port if youre being hacked and running slow like I was.. It bypass's command line code so you can make use of Administrator rights to control your PC/Laptop ect.. look for the PID number listed from using the CMD line Netstat -ano with the Established Connection that you do not recognize as sometimes the process running will be your ISP provider service using the Host access portal so you have an Internet connection. It's recommended to close background apps and browser based connections so they are not listed while using the IP process search function so you can directly identify and see the Foreign IP address of the individual using a Pier to pier connection established to your computer. If the PID is visible on your Task manager list. IE: PID 20114 as was the jerk that was hacking me.. click the process and select END Task.. this will shutdown thier Process request to connect to your IP Address and kick them from your computer. However; sometimes they are running an VPN connection to mask their PID from appearing in your Task Manager list... So I searched how to Identify the PID process online and found a very helpful CMD command to bring it up clear as day and identify the exact process even though they're hiding it. By typing for example: tasklist /FI "PID eq 736" /FO TABLE where the number is the PID shown on the CMD display from your Netstat -ano list.. the PID that's being hidden from your Task manager's view even when you select the PID collum as people have said to do, select show all User's.. the function can be blocked if the hacker has removed or blocked, or stalled Administrator rights by changing or denying access. This causes the option to be grayed out when you attempt it.. However; CMD's function to enter the line/code/command :Tasklist /FI "PID eq 20144" /FO bypasses the Administrator blocks placed against you by the hacker and directly shows the Name of the File Path they are using to Hack you from. Now you know exactly what Registry to send to Microsoft to identify the Gamertag used on Xbox Game Bar/Xbox App that is attaching to your network/console/computer ect.. and you can send the data directly to Microsoft and prove they're hacking you and press charges and have them arrested as Hacking is an Class 3 Felony regulated under Cyber attack crimes and punishable by 5-15 years in prison.

The person that was hacking me must have noticed that I saw them and their 3 active computers running scripts to hack me because I also saw that my connections and computer functions were being denied access.. causing my computer to run extremely slow.. basically overloading my motherboard with failed request to handshake with the service providers. This results in Packet Loss.. corrupt data ect.. Now I'm no IT tech and don't know much about computers.. yet I went online and searched this information myself on how to do it.. meaning either the people posting it are wrong... or something.. but my computer runs perfectly fine now and even faster than the day I purchased it.. so I must have figured out something right.. Yet now my Xbox won't turn on after all of this... So.. seriously help... I'm tired of people saying: that's impossible bla bla bla... if it's impossible how come the things mentioned above work? and you can also use the function to hack or slow someone you're in a chat party with on Xbox? because thier IP address show clear as day even with VPN in this manner.. Fact is: you don't believe it until you see it or experience it for yourself.. worst is how Police and autoritiess are not equiped with simple to use sometware or IT equipment or easy to navigate functions to identify Name: Phone number: street address: credit card: IP Addresss: ISSP provider name: Country and City/state from where their ISP is filed for service in to arrest hacker or Dos'ers... It makess no sense why there's no expectations of justice for Cyber crime and bullying and why they laugh at you when you call and say: Hey, I think I'm being hacked or Dos'ed by someone online... and they say; "That's not our department, go online and contact IC3 internet Crime division... yet those connection services to even contact them to file a report are blocked by my ISP... and shouldn't be... someone please help..
