I'm being charged for registering my credit card

I was charged for registering my credit card. However, the charge was not canceled for more than 15 days. How can I be reversed?

Being charged for something, not sure what

My credit card is being charged $10 every month and I'm not entirely sure what for. I've removed all credit cards from my accounts and cancelled my xbox live membership. Both accounts are silver and have less than 100 msp. What else could I be being charged
for?

There is two R$4,00 bill in my credit card account, one for registering another credit card and other for deleting the old one. Those are cancelled after?

As Onyx said, dispute the charges with your credit card company. However, I'm curious how your mom's card has charges on it from your account if it wasn't registered on it. You can check what was purchased with it, if you don't know, by going to commerce.microsoft.com.

Then if you're still being charged, contact your bank/credit card company about cancelling the charges.

No one here has access to your account or anything to do with money. You need to contact customer service to determine which account is charging your card

if you are certain that its not tied to your account, and nobody in your household has access to your bank details then this would be a case of fraud, microsoft would need some form of authorization to stop payments coming out for the account tied to it, otherwise anyone could cancel anyones accounts.

If the above is the case and it is 100% not anything to do with any of you or your households consoles or accounts, then i would suggest to contact your bank and cancel the direct debit.
