    I'm being bullied and discriminated against on Xbox Live and nothing happens


    I need to talk to someone about all these suspensions. I am being banned for nothing. People message me disrespectful and mean things all the time and not a single thing happens to them but then people tell me that's them and their friends are going to report
    me and guess what the next day im banned this is getting ridiculous. I need answers.

    ok I guess someone needs to explain to you how it works

    One if you read the suspension msg you would know what to do

    Goto enforcement.xbox.com and then read your case and then file an case review

    Now onto your actual issue

    If you retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use you will be punished that's what most people don't get

    No matter who starts the fight anyone who gets reported and violated the terms of use

    Will be punished evdn if the aggressor or the person being bullied

    What you shouldve done is something you been given

    Use the tools that are given to you

    Block mute and report

    Also set privacy settings to friends only

    2 the only reason why you would be suspended if you retailiated or did something that violates the terms of use

    Every report is looked at by multiple teams

    And revieeded everything you see on youtube don't listen to it it's mostly fake

    Being bullied doesn't make you immune to the rules

    Live life and play fair it's that simple

    Please do not get into an argument with these people as this is likely to result in what has happened to you please remember your best course of action should be to block or report and block the person messaging you.

    Also to add what both has already told you. Trolls get to you that way: report you as soon as you swear, Enforcement reads it, then they issue the banned hammer.



    Enforcement won't disclose actions made to other players. If he swore in the conversation as well, he's probably in trouble too for sure bet.

    I'm not even being bullied, though. It is literally against the law, so I would think Xbox would have something set in place.

    I understand your frustration and being bullied on Xbox live or anywhere else is unacceptable.

    However as things stand you have little choice but to pay the 800 points if you already used your free gamertag change. Feel sorry for those who have nothing better to do than bully you and other people on the Live service.
