I'm being banned for the same thing twice.

Enforcement doesnt use the forum so the only thing you can do is to go through them to contest any bans. If it's only a 24hr ban you will not be able to contest. The site is here

You would have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums. Keep in kind that suspensions are not always issued for the same day the action took place. So it doesn't matter that you weren't online yesterday,
the action that led to the suspension could have take place days or weeks ago.

XBLPET will not issue multiple suspensions for a single violation. For example, a single inappropriate Gamertag will only result in one forced Gamertag change, and cheating once in a single
multiplayer match will only bring about one suspension for cheating.

However, one suspension does not absolve the account of every violation committed up to that point. If XBLPET discovers evidence of other inappropriate activities that occurred prior to
the most recent suspension, it can result in additional enforcement action.

I read the Code of Conduct and it says you won’t be punished twice for the same offence.

Had to blur out the expletive but you can clearly see it’s the same message and two separate penalties - super weird.

Only 24 hours so not the end of the world I guess.
