    I have been to the enforsment page and there was no reason or topic of me being banned however when i go onto my xbox it states i have a ban for two weeks. Why is that?

    Only enforcement would know. You should get a message explaining why if it's a ban within 24 hours. Keep in mind bans can happen weeks after the fact so it may not be from something recent.

    It can take a few hours (up to 24) for the information to populate at Enforcement, while you are waiting you might want to review the

    Code of Conduct.

    Welcome

    If you have been suspended, please check your emails and messages on Xbox Live. This is because they send you a generic email telling you why you have been suspended. They won't tell you exactly why you have been banned, because you may be able to trace
    who has reported you - and that should not happen.

    If your still unhappy and see that you have not done anything wrong, then please submit a case appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    They will review the case and will get back to you if your eligible.

    Please note, suspensions, and permanent suspensions are not given out lightly. They are investigated fully before any sort of enforcement action is taken. So the chances are, you have broken the Code of Conduct somewhere, however you may not have realized
    it.

    You will not be banned/suspended without a reason.

    You have violated the code of conduct and hence the ban/suspension.

    Only enforcement team can do suspensions/bans as they investigate all the data that comes with reports.

    Depending on how serious the violation is, the amount of time will be determined by that.
