A fellow gamer reported me for swearing even though he swore before me and I thought he would be chill with it

On swearing always replay with kindness. Be above that. And there will be no ban. You can do it! I know it was a joke but the system doesn't know that. As others have said, check with the enforcement team. And let go of swearing, joke or no joke. And choose
your friends more carefully.

Even though he may have reported you as a joke, the enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. For information on why you were suspended,
you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

The suspension would also be a 24 hour suspension (expiring on January 11), not a suspension until November. They don't issue suspensions in those types of increments.
