    im banned from web site for this game cant log in need info ?


    been banned from ark web site for over 4 years i cant log in with out it saying you are banned they just banned ower clan the unknown from the xbox live officles servers for no resones we broke no rules ower baces are small just got this in last hour
    need to know how long this last and why we all got ban and wich rule they side we broke ween we following the rules as fare as i know iv broken no rules but i dont know any of new rules that they bought out after they benned me from web site 4 years ago thats
    on them not my falt they banned me 4 years ago from officles web site were forms are or ticket support if we did brake a rule the falt is on them for banning us from web site over 4 years ago and we did not know do to they ban us . how long dose ower pvp ban
    last we just got whip't out 2 days ago and want to rebuild ? 34 na small tribe ower tribe tree punchers

    Ok turned the console off. Disconnected power. Left off for hour. Re started and same. Im connected to internet but cant even get to input my log in details. Just says there is a problem with a code the the web site does not recognise.
