    Read the FAQ. If you can't post at all (as in the post button doesn't work) you will need to create a new account to post. Otherwise, it's as suggested - moderated forum so it will take some time to appear, if it does at all.

    Didn't chat and party bans occur as a result of reporting language and in-game voice on Xbox 360? Maybe the same for Xbox One.

    Not sure, but remember, on your 3rd strike they send you off to Leavenworth. im banned from chats :p
