I'm banned form xbox to 9999

Hi xbox support, i'm french and i send a post from my second account, my first account G4ME Turnip was be banned until 9999, and the probleme is, i have buy so many game and DLC on Xbox one and Xbox 360, so much game was be finish, and all my dlc i need
redeem on xbox 360 and the value of all my game all my dlc is 500€, all my xbox one game i can't played because my first account is not associate to my xbox one ! so now i want recover my account please !

Hey I was recently banned from my account FaZe Banyan and I would like to know why I was banned because it said I was named form 12/31/9999

Since the account is banned there is no way to sign into it on the One.

Oh, and when I log into the banned account on xbox.com it says I'm banned until 12/30/9999...

Now I'm confused as to whether it's a perma ban, or temp ban.
