You can only get blue avatar skin by modding,which is a bannable offence.

As mentioned,you can ask for a case review but seeing as you've admitted to modding your avatar I wouldn't get your hopes up to being unbanned.

 

I want to understand to have a penalty for using my software I is u no avertisement I changed my avatar 2 years ago and I stay banished there as Mosi quelel of this and I find that a color AVATARNAME does not deserve a life suspension thank you

• Intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods
  

That is why you were banned from what you've posted.Modding your avatar will get you banned.

Doesn't matter how long ago you modded it,it has now only been reported,investigated & action taken.

 

Did you go to the link I posted? It tells you everything you need to know about account tampering and it does lead to an perma ban or a device ban if done multiple times!
