i'm banned for 1 day and i don't know why?

I receive a text from the xbox live who says i'm banned from the xbox live and tell me to go on the enforcement site for more details....and the details are completely not clear. i don't know why is possible because i don't do anithing wrong...but i'm banned
just for 1 day,it's cool but if it is wrong....

usually you receive a mail or message. you can also go to enforcement.xbox.com to check your ban and see if you are eligible for a case review.

Any information about your suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

If you have been given a ban until 9999, it is permanent. You can try submitting a case review on the enforcement site, but if the enforcement team upholds their decision, you will not be unbanned.

EDIT: I read that SOMETIMES a permanant ban (till year 9999) will only last as long as the first suspension (like 2 weeks) please tell me this is true.
