Banned account

A child account in my account has been banned, but it does not say for how long. Can someone tell me?

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

All anyone here can do is refer you to the Xbox Enforcement web site and you you will need to contact the Enforcement team through here to appeal any enforcements.

In addition the Ambassadors are not Microsoft employees they are just fellow gamers who try help where they can.

Hey dude I know the ambassadors cant fix it but they could at least direct e to someone who can not sorry I cant help u at all

Unfortunately the only one that can help you is the Xbox Enforcement team at the link gds1972 provided. Forum Mods and Xbox Support both do not have ability to change any enforcement actions or decisions. The only option you would possibly have is submitting
a case review, which you can also do at that link.

As gds1972 & Hydro Skillet stated, we are unable to affect any Enforcement actions here on the forums. The best place to go will be in the page linked in the verified post above.
