    the enforcement team doesn't use the forums. the only site for enforcement problems is enforcement.xbox.com

  5. Suspensions are issued on the basis of the account's actions, not the particular person who was playing on your account. You are responsible for keeping your account secured from unauthorized access.

    Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    My roommate was playing when I got suspended. Can it be lifted?
    Xbox Live is a social platform, and we love hearing about players sharing their experience with friends and family. Xbox Live is at its best when everyone joins in the fun!

    However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
    Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.

    If you wish to restrict usage of your account you can set up a passkey on

    Xbox 360
    or
    Xbox One

    , it’s easier than ever for every member of the household to create their own Xbox Live account!

    My Permanent Ban wasn't my fault

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. If you have already submitted a case review and it was upheld, there is nothing further you can do. The enforcement team do not use the forums or have
    contact with official support. They can only be addressed on the enforcement site.

    Your account is your responsibility at all times.
